These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finxbase platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform. By accessing or using Finxbase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our platform.

Caxapok, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, with any changes being effective immediately upon posting. 2. Eligibility

Finxbase is intended for users who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. By accessing or using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from using Finxbase.

3. Payment and Access

Payments for access to Finxbase are processed securely through Stripe. We accept various payment methods including Visa and MasterCard. Access to platform content is subject to the specific plan purchased, and is available only for the duration specified in the plan.

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 3 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal within 14 days, where applicable under local law.

This refund policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

If you have purchased an "Unlimited Access" plan or any other plan without an ending date, your access is intended to continue to be available as long as the service is operating and running.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Services

Finxbase provides users with test training and related educational materials. The available content and services are dependent on the selected plan and are subject to change without notice.

Finxbase is a website and mobile app that requires an internet connection to access content. Finxbase may periodically update the platform to improve performance and add new features.

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Finxbase does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Any insights, interpretations, or outputs generated by the Service are not guarantees of accuracy, outcomes, or results. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use Finxbase in compliance with applicable law and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, transmitting offensive content, and disrupting platform operations. Caxapok, LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any behavior deemed inappropriate.
